MEP fit-out for two towers of 12 floors, roof, mezzanine and ground floors. Tower 1 is a Cat B fit-out and Tower 2 is a Cat A fit-out. Tower 2 have two and a half floors which have changed from CAT A to CAT B to accommodate ADIB additional operational requirements.
