ALEMCO Supports Hyperscale Data Centre Delivery with Integrated Skid Module

One of the latest modules to leave ALEMCO's offsite manufacturing facility is a fully integrated roof-mounted pressurisation skid unit for a hyperscale data centre.

Manufactured and assembled in a controlled factory environment, the rooms are delivered with pipework, equipment installation, insulation, electrical works, quality inspections and testing completed before they reach site.

Once delivered, they are positioned and connected to the main chilled water network through predefined interface points, reducing the amount of work required on site.

Weighing more than 8 tonnes, these rooms demonstrate how offsite manufacturing is enabling increasingly complex MEP systems to be delivered with greater consistency, coordination and installation efficiency.
